Application

Applications are taken by appointment only.  This allows our recruiters to assess each candidate on a one-to-one basis.  During this time the applicant will learn about our policies and procedures, our job openings, and the expectations of our clients.  The applicant will also be able to inform us of any job and/or work schedule preferences.  Applicants should allow two hours to complete this process.

A criminal background check is run on each applicant prior to the interview.  This allows our recruiters to go over any negative information that may appear on the applicant’s criminal background and confirm that the accuracy of the information.  If inaccurate information appears on the applicant’s report we will assist the applicant in correcting the erroneous information.

All applicants are subject to a pre-employment drug screen prior to starting work for Golden Personnel by Partnership Staffing Inc.
